If your tractor is ill or in need of some service EFC has a full time service shop to repair your toy...umm I mean tractor. From a minor oil change to a engine rebuild to a total frame up restoration we are here to help. It doesn't matter who you bought it from we work on compact tractors not favoritism. Did the guy at the local tractor dealership give you a hard time about your import tractor. EFC won't, we like import tractors and we like to service them and we like customers that own them. Our mechanics are chosen for their ability to think outside of the box, to troubleshoot the problem and not just throw parts at it till it works. We can even come get your tractor and deliver it to you when we are done. We can even work on your tractor at your location with our EFC service truck. Our service dept is open 5 days a week and 24 hour emergency service is just that...24 hours.

"OK, my tractor is broke how do I go about getting it fixed??"
Call 509-374-3398 dial extension 2 for service. Talk with your service rep. Tell him the problem and he will schedule you time to bring it in for repair. He is there for you and he wants to help.

"How much is this going to cost I have better things to spend my money on!!!?"
EFC shop rate is $50 an hour. If we know exactly what's wrong we can give you a ballpark figure that is based on a worse case scenario. If the only way to know what is wrong to to open it up and look at its guts then we will work that on a case by case basis. EFC will not charge for work that was not performed or inflate the price for profit.

"I need this tractor right NOW!! how long will this service business take??"
Once your scheduled for service you are our main priority and it will go out the door as soon as we can humanly make it happen. Parts take time, rebuilt parts take time, machine work takes time. If you tell us you need it NOW then everything that needs to be shipped will go priority. If your not in a hurry then you will save some money. If the part is coming from overseas it has to clear customs and that takes more time. We do everything possible to avoid ordering from overseas.

"My tractor is broke and I'm Mad a Hell and I am going to yell louder than anybody to speed up the repair!!!"
Please don't. Yelling might make you feel better and if you need to vent we will listen but it only slows down the process of getting your tractor fixed. We know your frustrated and you need your tractor yesterday. Please understand we are on your side and want to see you happy and working with your tractor a soon as possible. Squeaky wheels don't get faster/better service they just get grease.
